I called on 6/5 and requested the overpaid balance be applied to the principal and move my due date back on track to next month, I called again on 6/9 and the adjustment hadn't been done but I found out it wasn't requested correctly either.

I had overpaid $1236.39 from (5/1 $412.13, 5/15 $412/13 and 5/29 $412.13), I was paid through august 6th 2020. removing this payment from my July bill to add it to my principal should reduce my total payoff amount, the supervisor stated out of every payment of $412.13 about $135 was applied to interest, that tells me at least my principal should have decreased by $405 and it did not.
