Healthy snack: Rice cake with peanut butter & banana.

Today I want to show you guys that a healthy snack, that only takes less than 5 minutes to prepare, doesn’t always have to be boring. IT IS possible to eat healthy & yummy at all times. This snack is definitely worth a try. I promise! It is loaded with protein, healthy carbs, magnesium and on top of that, it’s glutenfree and vegan friendly. Detox round #2.

Since summer is in full swing and super hot temperatures are in the air, I decided to give my body a bit of a food “break” again.
