To me, breakfast is the most important meal. I feel energized the entire day and if I skip it for whatever reason, I notice it immediately. Even if I don’t have much time in the morning, cos I’m mainly in a rush to leave my house, my green smoothie is a super healthy way to start the day right.
My perfect easy and quick all time favorie breaki is defenitely a glass of fresh homemade Glowing Green Smoothie. If I do have some time left to prepare my breakfast in the morning I love to add a chiaseedpudding with some fresh berries! Easy to make and just so yummy.
If your in a rush like me sometimes, just poor your Glowing Green Smoothie in a bottle and take it on the go.
My perfect green smoothie.
- 30g Spinach
- 1/3 Cucumber
- 200 ml water – mix these 3 ingredients first, than add the rest.
- half grapefruit
- 1 tsp almond butter
- 1 frozen Banana
My perfect chiaseed pudding
- Chiaseeds
- Coconut milk ( leave it in there over night)
- Strawberries
- Blueberries
- add some coconut flakes if you like
Done. Perfect kick start for the day!
