Today I want to show you guys that a healthy snack, that only takes less than 5 minutes to prepare, doesn’t always have to be boring. IT IS possible to eat healthy & yummy at all times. This snack is definitely worth a try. I promise!
It is loaded with protein, healthy carbs, magnesium and on top of that, it’s glutenfree and vegan friendly. (simply skip the honey and replace it with maple sirup.) Ready?! Let’s get started…

What you’ll need:
- Rice cakes
- Peanut butter (Allergic to peanuts? Simply replace the peanut butter w/ almond or cashew butter)
- banana
- Chiaseeds
- Honey or maple sirup

Instructions:
- Add 1 to 1 1/2 a teespoon of peanut butter to each rice cake.
- Top with the sliced banana, sprinkle on some chiaseeds & add a hint of honey (if you prever it vegan – use maple, or any kind of vegan sirup). DONE ✓

Side note* As many peanut butter jars include palm oil and cane sugar, (which is bad for you in so many ways) my suggestion would be, to spend a bit more on a high quality peanut butter which only includes organic peanuts and salt. You can easily find it at any local organic store.

Super Rezept, ich hab es gestern mal gleich ausprobiert und es schmeckt wirklich mega Maya. Bin leider auf Erdnüsse allergisch, habe aber Mandelmus genommen… Hat köstlich geschmeckt!

Das freut mich sehr Nina. Ja genau, ich hatte ja alternativ noch Mandel oder Cashewmus aufgeschrieben, ich selbst muss auch aufpassen und kann Erdnüsse nur in Maßen genießen. Mandelmus ist eine super Alternnative 😉
