Healthy snack# skinny avocado toast.

After spending the past month enjoying onetoomany cookies, its time to jump start that New Year with my favorite form of being, – HEALTHY, FIT & ENERGIZED. January means detox month here on All At Once, so Ill be sharing several healthy snacks, tips on how to detox and staying fit & motivated in the next weeks.

Lets start with something super simply that everybody can do in no time. AVOCADO TOAST! Takes less than 5 minutes to prepare, keeps you full for hours and boosts your detoxifying system. The beneficial facts on eating avocado are minor. Avocados are rich in fiber, with a significant amount of vitamin C, vitamin B6, potassium & magnesium. Served on a gluten-free bread /bun, this avocado toast is the perfect healthy snack. You can also eat it for breakfast, or even as a quick/easy dinner, youll love it!

What you’ll need:

  1. Glutenfree bread (If you prefer regular bread, I’d suggest choosing spelt or rye bread, to keep it clean. NO WHEAT)
  2. 1 ripe Avocado
  3. sea salt/ pepper / spices
  4. lemon or lime
  5. some parsley

Instructions:

3 super simply and easy steps.

  1. Prepare toast.
  2. Peel and mash avocado
  3. Spread avocado eavenly on each slice of toast, then top each with salt, pepper, chilli & a splash of lime/or lemon.

Super simply, super healthy and super delicious!
