After spending the past month enjoying one-too-many cookies, it’s time to jump start that New Year with my favorite form of being, – HEALTHY, FIT & ENERGIZED.
Let’s start with something super simple that everybody can do in no time. AVOCADO TOAST! Takes less than 5 minutes to prepare, keeps you full for hours and boosts your detoxifying system. The beneficial facts on eating avocado are minor. Avocados are rich in fiber, with a significant amount of vitamin C, vitamin B-6, potassium & magnesium. Served on a gluten-free bread /bun, this avocado toast is the perfect healthy snack and also on repeat as one of my favorite breakfasts.
What you’ll need
- Glutenfree bread (If you prefer regular bread, I’d suggest choosing spelt or rye bread, to keep it clean. NO WHEAT)
- 1 ripe Avocado
- sea salt/ pepper / spices
- lemon or lime
- some parsley
3 super simple and easy steps.
- Prepare toast.
- Peel and mash avocado
- Spread avocado eavenly on each slice of toast, then top each with salt, pepper, chilli & a splash of lime/or lemon.
