I simply can’t get enough of breakfast bowls, whether it’s a smoothie bowl, an acai bowl or a warm oatmeal bowl, they are a super way to start the day healthy & with lot’s of energy. Making your own superfood bowl seems quite overwhelming at first, but I can asure you that today’s recipe is super easy to make and takes less then 5 mins to prepare. It’s all vegan, glutenfree and packed with lot’s of energy boosters that keep you full throughout your entire morning!
What you’ll need:
- Gluten free oats or rice/quinoa.
- Water or almond/coconut milk.
- Maple sirup
- toppings: fresh bananas, chiaseeds, cacao nibs, gluten free granola, amaranth pops…
Simply put 3 table spoons of gluten-free oats into a bowl, heat some water (if you prefer a more creamy texture use almond or coconut milk) wait until it boils, carefully pour it over your oats. Wait 3 mins until oats are socked. Add maple sirup & desired toppings.
